Resignation of CEO Thomas Fahnemann
Vienna, Austria, 15 March 2017, 11:17 h — Today, Thomas Fahnemann, CEO of Semperit AG Holding, informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Veit Sorger, about his immediate resignation from his position as Chairman of the Management Board. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board will propose an acceptance of his resignation to the Supervisory Board.
A decision on his succession as CEO will be taken in the coming weeks.
